How will I check in at DMC?
Check in will open at 3:00 pm. Please do not come before 3:00 pm. Once you arrive at Mt. Lebanon, follow the signs to registration in the chapel (on the right, just after you cross the bridge).
In the chapel, go to the check in table to get your shirt and more information for where you will sleep.

What is the DMC refund policy?
You can get a full refund (not including credit card fees) before October 6, 2023. After October 6, DMC will not issue any refunds.
If you are past the refund deadline, your registration and fees can be transferred to another person who wants to attend DMC.
Is there an age limit for DMC?
If you are age 17 to 120, you can come to DMC!
Sons ages 16 and under can only come with their fathers or other adult chaperone. Please be aware of two things:
Sometimes topics of discussion deal with adult-related issues.
No childcare is provided at DMC.
How is the Cell Phone Service? Is there Wifi?
Cell phone service is good for all major cell phone carriers (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile).
Hotel rooms do include wifi, but there is no wifi in the cabins.
Can DMC pick me up at the airport?
DMC will not offer airport transportation. We recommend making transportation arrangements with friends or using a service such as Uber or Lyft.
In medium traffic, DFW airport it is about 40 minutes from Mt. Lebanon.
In medium traffic, DAL (Love Field) airport is about 35 minutes from Mt. Lebanon.
What do I need to bring to DMC?
You can download a packing list below. Also, you may want to bring some extra spending money. DMC will be selling snacks in between sessions, and the DMC store will be open (t-shirts, hats, bags, etc.).
I can't attend DMC for the whole weekend. Can I get a discount?
Unfortunately, we do not offer partial registration or discounts for those who are not able to attend for the whole weekend.
